2018年暑假社会实践报告 生活不易 ——艰辛与收获同在

不知不觉,已经在这个学校完成了高二的学业,但时间不会停留在这个美好的时刻。“高三”离我们越来越近了,暑假的时间也显得尤为重要了。在一个月的雅思艰苦奋斗之后,我开始计划时间去完成我的社会实践。最终,我选择了一个有关于商业方面的兼职。

2018年8月13号,我被一家陶瓷聘用。这是一家关于陶瓷的销售店,这里比我想象的精致漂亮多了。在来上班之前,还有些焦躁不安。但是来到这里之后,所以的担心都不翼而飞了。在那里,只有两个姐姐,她们是非常友好的。我深刻地记得那天是下雨天,并没有多少人来这里买瓷砖。可能这对她们来说并不是一个好的天气,但是对我来说这就是一个绝佳的好机会。我向她们咨询了很多的问题。这些问题大多数是关于一些礼仪和一些销售手段,陶瓷的种类,价格等等。总的来说,那天的我,收获颇多。我可以确切地说,销售是一门学问。

在第二天早上,我早早到了店铺,按照每天的日常,清洁是必不可少的事情。在做完这件事之后,我就在前台那里耐心的等待顾客的到来。我必须清楚的是:等待并不是一定会等到人的!的确,我为此感到无能为力,在中午之前没有一个人来,这似乎就是上天在挑逗我。我并没有抱怨,因为我知道抱怨是没有任何的用处。这让我更加的努力,我开始深度了解瓷砖。要知道,在客户来到这里之前,我必须把自己变得更加优秀,要优秀得到可以将他留下,让他感觉到是自己想买我们的产品。话不多说,多说无益,着手去干。那天,我进一步的了解了许多的陶瓷,它们的好处和缺陷分别在哪。

我记得我第一次推销陶瓷的时候是在星期六,那天一个大叔进入了瓷砖店,我毫不犹豫的上前问候,之后立刻给他倒了一杯水(那天有点热)。他告诉我,“他想要为他新买的房子选一种心仪的瓷砖。”当时我就向他推荐了几种比较好的瓷砖,不知道为什么,我从他的眼神中看出来他似乎看上了一个咖啡色的大理石瓷砖。那时我就直接问他,“先生,你觉得这种怎么样?”他只是点了点头,之后我详细介绍了这个瓷砖的好处。在最后我加了一句,“这种大理石瓷砖是非常适合像你这样的先生的。”最终,我的第一次推销是圆满成功了,那时的我觉得是上天似乎看到了我付出的努力,或者可能我是非常幸运的。

在之后的几天里我也体验了搬运工的艰辛,我只想说,这是我做过最难的体力劳动了。刚开始,看到他们很轻松,以为很简单,很轻松。但事实却恰恰相反,他们做着很累很重的活,但他们却只能得到很少的钱。在这次体验之后我觉得我不会再做第二次,我那时才明白一个真正的道理:“挣钱难,钱来之不易。”

很快,我的实习来到了尾声,在不到两个星期的实习中,我学到了如何与人相处,产品的推销等等。这些日子虽然有些艰苦,但还是慢慢地坚持下来了。这是我这次实习最大的收获,“你只要不怕困难,不退缩,选择坚持下去,最终,你会为你自己感到愉悦,那份成就感的喜悦是无法用言语形容的。”

总的来说,这样的体验在使我认识到生活不易的同时,也提醒了我在接下来选择和学习专业,一定要慎重选择和保存脚踏实地的原则,不断提升自身素质和内涵,积累宝贵的实践经验,学得更多的社会技能,终有一天,我会用到这些经验!

Life is not easy.

Hardship and harvest

Unconsciously, I have completed my sophomore study in this school, but time will not stay at this beautiful moment. "Senior three" is getting closer and closer to us. The summer vacation time is also very important. After a month's hard work of IELTS, I began to plan my time to complete my social practice. In the end, I chose a part-time job in business.

In August 13, 2018, I was hired by a ceramic. This is a sales shop about ceramics, which is much more beautiful than I imagined. Before going to work, I was still restless. But after coming here, all the worries were gone. There were only two sisters, and they were very friendly. I remember that rainy day very much, and not many people came here to buy Tiles. It may not be a good weather for them, but for me, this is a great opportunity. I asked them a lot of questions. Most of these problems are about etiquette and sales, ceramics, prices, etc. On the whole, I gained a lot from that day. I can say for certain that sales are a learning.

On the morning of the second day, I arrived at the shop early, and cleaning is essential in accordance with the daily routine. After finishing this, I waited patiently for the arrival of customers at the front desk. I must be clear: waiting is not always waiting for people! Indeed, I felt powerless, and no one came before noon. It seemed that God was teasing me. I didn't complain because I knew that complaining was useless. This made me work harder, and I began to understand the tiles in depth. You know, before customers come here, I have to become better and better, so that I can leave him behind and let him feel that he wants to buy our products. If you don't talk much, you can do more than you say. On that day, I learned more about many ceramics and their advantages and disadvantages.

I remember when I first sold ceramic products on Saturday, when a uncle entered a tile shop, I didn't hesitate to greet him, and immediately poured him a glass of water (it was a bit hot that day). He told me, "he wants to pick a favorite tile for his new house." At that time, I recommended several good tiles to him. I don't know why. I can see from his eyes that he seems to have seen a coffee colored marble tile.  Then I asked him directly, "what do you think of this, sir?" He just nodded, and I introduced the benefits of this tile in detail. In the end, I added, "this marble tile is very suitable for a gentleman like you." In the end, my first sale was a complete success. At that time, I felt that God seemed to see my efforts, or maybe I was very lucky.

In the next few days, I also experienced the hardships of the porters. I just want to say that this is the most difficult physical work I have ever done. At first, they were very relaxed. They thought it was very simple and easy. But the opposite is true. They do very heavy work, but they get very little money. After this experience, I felt that I would not do second more times. Then I realized a true truth: "making money is hard, and money is not easy."

Soon, my internship came to an end. In less than two weeks of internship, I learned how to get along with others, sell products and so on. Although these days are hard, they still stick to it. This is my biggest achievement in this internship. "As long as you are not afraid of difficulties, do not shrink back and choose to stick to it, eventually you will feel happy for yourself, and the joy of achievement can not be described in words."

On the whole, such an experience makes me realize that life is not easy, but also reminds me to choose and learn the following principles in the next choice. I must carefully choose and keep down the principles of down-to-earth, constantly improve their quality and connotation, accumulate valuable experience and acquire more social skills, and I will use them one day. To these experiences!
